What Are GreenBux?
GreenBux is a new way to be rewarded for buying sustainably. Our system rewards customers on EVERY purchase, with points calculated by the sustainability score of each and every product.
To put it simply, the more sustainable certifications and eco-friendly attributes a product has, the more points you earn.

How Are Points Calculated?
GreenBux points are calculated using our proprietary database, by adding up all of the assigned attributes and certifications, or, “Badges” and applying the total to each individual product. See example below:
10″ Round Fiber Plate, 3-Compartment
GreenBux Badges:
- Compostable (+50 pts)
- Recyclable (+25 pts)
- BPI Certified (+15 pts)
- TUV / Austria – Industrial (+15)
Total GreenBux points = 105 pts
So, the total number of GreenBux points you can earn on this product is 105 pts. When this product is ordered, the points are applied to your account and you can redeem for cash back on future orders.
